Significance of Diversity, Inclusivity, and Equity in Remote Learning Design
With the rapid shift towards remote working, it has become imperative for organizations to make diversity and inclusivity a core component in the organizational value system. It is no more a soft skill issue but more of a business need. In the pre pandemic situation we had a lot of opportunities to display behaviours which would reflect these values and employees could experience this first hand. But with the workforce being remote, it requires a subtle course correction in the way we do things to demonstrate a behaviour which reflects diversity and inclusivity.

In this webinar, we’ll be hearing from Larry Bograd of RoundMGroup Learning, who comes with a remarkable 25 years of experience in the learning & development industry, on how we can successfully leverage remote learning as an opportunity to solve this business need. We’ll be looking at some best practices for designing learning modalities, both synchronous and asynchronous, which connect with the learners. We’ll also understand what equity means in the remote learning context. And reflect on why we need to create equity for all the learners and stakeholders in the remote learning setup.

Key takeaways from this webinar:
• Significance of a diverse and inclusive design while implementing remote learning solutions
• Best practices for designing a learning modality which is diverse & inclusive in nature
• Why a diverse and inclusive design is important for learner engagement
• How to maintain a fine balance between equity, diversity, & inclusivity in your learning solutions
